Can I make changes or cancel the order after it is confirmed.?
We request you to contact us as quickly as possible if you want any changes with your orderafter making the payment. Changes, related to the delivery address or cancellation of the order can be done only if it’s not dispatched from our warehouse.
How do I track my order.?
By visiting our ‘Customer Profile’, you can find the status of your order, as well as the history of your previous orders. After we receive your order, we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. What to do if payment is deducted but the order is not proceeded/ order confirmation is not received.?
The amount deducted gets credited back to your account within 5-7 working days if the order is not processed. In case, you do not receive the refund we request you to kindly contact our customer care department via email at email@example.com with the order confirmations details.
My order has shipped but not delivered yet, what should i do.?

How long will it take to receive my order.?
Once your payment has been completed successfully, it may take 3 to 5 working days for delivery dependingon your pin code/location.
